Spicy Beats

Preparation: 5 Minutes

This Spicy Beats Smoothie gets its floral note from curcuma, a spice that’s in most curry powders and is one of the oldest and most traditional remedies in the world. Combined with beetroot and carrot juice, it creates an unusual and healthy smoothie.


  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp curcuma
  • ½ beetroot
  • 1-2 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 250 ml carrot juice


Step 1: Peel the lemon and put it in the blender together with the curcuma, beetroot, wheatgrass powder, cayenne pepper and carrot juice.

Step 2: Set the blender to 20,000 rpm and 60 seconds in manual mode. Start the blender and wait for the automatic sequence to finish.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy. Bon Appétit!
